09/11/1950 Born in Munich, Germany.

1968 Graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in Austin, Texas.

1974 Graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, with honors (Magnum Cum Laude).

1965-1968 First started working in the Construction Industry digging foundation beams with pick & shovel.. Became a painter. Worked evenings after high school, weekends and summers for John Mang Painting.

1968-1970 Labor Union. Worked on many UT construction jobs.

1971-1975 Baker Construction. Apprenticed as a carpenter and learned many other trades as well. Became experienced and adept in concrete, drywall, roofing, flooring, tile, and excavation work.

1975-1976 Benson General Contracting. Construction Foreman and Superintendent on Remodeling Projects.

1977-1989 Graystan Construction, Inc. Construction Superintendent and Project Manager. Constructed numerous Health Care Facilities throughout Texas.

1989-Present Founded Health, Home and Commercial Construction, later incorporated as HHCC, Inc.

Started as a one man company, has had over 100 employees.

HHCC is a very diverse company that does around four thousand projects during a typical year. These projects range from a simple service call to a complex multi-million dollar project.

HHCC provides a vast array of construction services. Among these services are the Construction of New Commercial and Residential Structures, Interior and Exterior Remodeling, Structural Repairs, Waterproofing, Plumbing Services, Underground Utilities Repairs, Heating and Air Conditioning and Electrical Work.

Have been recognized by peers in the construction industry statewide and received the following awards:

• 2000 Lone Star Award for Best Historical Renovation
• 2001 Lone Star Award for Best Commercial Remodel
• 2002 Lone Star Award for Best Historical Remodel.
• 2006 Constructed SCWA Car Wash of the Year

Personally obtained certifications, job experience, and continuing education. Among these:

• Certified Building Designer (American Institute of Building Design), “Street MBA” graduate from Austin Community College/UT Austin
• Master Plumber (Texas License M-36878)
• Commercial Estimator: Construction Estimating Institute.
• Certified as an IBC Commercial Contractor
