25 story High Rise Luxury Condominium Tower including a complete repipe of the domestic
water system. This entailed dismantling each kitchen and restroom in 120+ high end
condominiums and rebuilding each unit within one week. We have also done remodeling
projects in over 50 of the units contracted with the owners of the units, Remodeling of 50% of the
commercial offices in the building, Remodel of all of the corridors, replacement of approx. 70%
of the exterior sliding glass doors, exterior waterproofing of the tower, and remodeling of the
