As a maintenance customer, you have extra protection. The routine maintenance means that we can catch problems before they become catastrophic so that repairs are few and inexpensive. However, when parts fail from normal wear, as they will do from time to time, you will also benefit from ultra-low Preferred Customer service rates and first-priority scheduling so that you will be comfortable again quickly.
Each maintenance agreement is customized for the needs of the customer and the requirements of the equipment. The following are some of the more common tasks that might apply:
