2014 has been an eventful for HHCC.
HHCC marked an important milestone during 2014, celebrating its 25th Anniversary.
For many years HHCC has been among the top General Contractors, who not only performed General Building Construction work, but also had their own in house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing personnel. At times HHCC employed more than 100 skilled tradesmen. HHCC was one of the few companies who “did it all”. To have this capability requires a large amount of overhead expense. Feeding the overhead beast required a continual stream of jobs. The Great Recession reduced the job stream to a trickle for HHCC and most other competitors as well. HHCC felt the need to change our business model as a result of this downtown. HHCC decided to close all satellite offices and move its operations to the main office in Creedmoor, Texas. HHCC parted ways with its Vice President, Mark Rawlings during this consolidation.
HHCC efforts have been redirected to its core business, General Construction Contracting Work and Plumbing Work. Construction and Plumbing work have always been pillars of strength.
Our HVAC (Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning) business was sold to a long time business associate, Mike Wiegman. Mike’s company, Climate Mechanical, Inc., provides the same excellent service that you depended upon with HHCC.
Our electrical business was sold to Star Lighting. The owner of Star Lighting, Chris Spangle, will make sure that all your electrical needs are taken care.
HHCC works closely and maintains a special relationship and with these two associated companies.
We wish to thank the thousands of customers who worked with HHCC during our first 25 years in business. We are looking to celebrating our 50th Anniversary in 2039 with you!
